What a good day of eating intentionally usually looks like for me:
Breakfast:
- I never miss either a high protein, high fibre, hydration filled breakfast eill all essential nutrients necessary for my body to function at above average levels everyday.
Snacking:
- my snacks usually have protein, and some fruits for variety
Lunch:
- trying to have more vegetables on my plate and more protein
Sleep:
- my sleep routine is unmatched!! I love to get a good 7/8 hours of DEEP sleep.
