Stop viewing exercise as a hobby or anything other than hygiene. Much like brushing your teeth. How you choose to do it, can absolutely be a “hobby”. Regardless of how you choose to do it or can do it; i.e. walking, lifting, Pilates, running etc. With the complete body of evidence we have on exercise and reduced mortality, cancers, chronic disease etc. compared to the lack of exercise, it’s hygiene. It’s preventative medicine. Compliance is the science. Do what you can stick to
