When I buy property as a woman of color, I know home appraisal is where Black ppl loose money. I never attend in person and tell my realtor to say things like “the buyers are married entrepreneurs. The wife was born in Germany 🇩🇪 (because I was)” because racism is not gonna fumble my bag 💰 Let them think what they want but appraise my 🏡 fairly.
