Why are we doing the Vogue discourse again? Everyone knows it’s a paid ad. It’s marketing. Live and let live! Vogue wouldn’t put any old shit even on their ads so of course it’s still a compliment to be selected to pay.

21 小時內	Between The Ferns betweentheferns	Agree with some of it, but it’s the disingenuous behaviour behind slapping the vogue text above your image, changing your bio to “seen in vogue” and then giving an entire thank you speech in the caption haha. I’ve just seen a sponsored ads from one. Nothing wrong with marketing. 100% and they don’t have to disclose that, however It’s just really weird that some photographers want to keep up the act, when we all know. hopefully clients do the research. 🤷🏻‍♀️
