Breakfast:
• Oikos pro Greek yogurt
• Catalina Crunch cereal
• Whey protein shake
Lunch:
• 4-6oz salmon, chicken, or beef
• 1 cup of veggies
• 80g white rice
Dinner:
• 5-6oz sirloin or filet steak
• 1 cup of veggies
• 80g potatoes
