My student interviewed non-Asians on movies they've seen w/Asian Americans: one said Twilight and another #RedOne. The Twilight watcher couldn't name any famous Asian Americans, the other named Lucy Liu & Jackie Chan, reflecting the @taaforg study that most Americans can't name any Asian Americans.

19 小時內	Kirby Young kirby_young_star	I'd name lucy liu, jet li, jackie chan, michelle yeoh, Margaret cho, bobby lee, Brenda song, and can't forget Maggie Q. But yes 5/8 listed are actually asian american but those are who I grew up loving.
