you’re not entirely wrong but i don’t think it’s the worst thing in the world, as it could possibly be pointing towards a greater respect of black culture as a whole. Even a white guy using a term similar to how “gang” is used would result in white guys white friends calling him slurs, while now aave is a part of the vernacular of every day americans.
