Interesting exchanges here on this topic. I’d thought of chapter titles as more belonging to non-fiction. I do however use dates - helps with transition of months - makes it very clear.

Most of my books have chapter titles. It allows further commentary by the writer.

Toss them. As a reader, i like the unknown! I like being bamboozled. And rereading to figure out where I am or a new POV. I may be the odd one out though.
