I cried in my cubicle today and got sent home. Fortunately not many people were around but my boss was frantic and kept begging me to pull myself together. Which...made it worse. Workplace culture is trying to convince me that there is no place for me to be successful in this world. Time to apply for FMLA and hope it doesn't get slashed.
