That includes food and alcohol on top of location? That’s a great price to cover the three most expensive things of the wedding. All you need is a photographer and everyone’s attire and you are pretty much set for the day.

I feel like this is crazy bc I have not gotten these rates for any other events I’ve planned. As soon as the word wedding is mentioned that’s when we started hearing figures like that.

Its expensive but its not THAT bad! I live in NJ/NYC and most prices for 100ppl including food+drinks is minimum 25k

What’s venue capacity? Cause a big piece of the fee is the space and it doesn’t matter if you have 100 guests or 300. The actual “venue fee” from that 19k is the same so having a lower guest count doesn’t mean the fee for the venue is less.

Idc what people are saying. That’s EXPENSIVE. I paid $125pp for open bar, venue, and cocktail hour food (not your regular cocktail hour food either. It was full on meals) But this was in Delaware, not Texas.

Friend plz listen when I say this DONT DO IT! Destination weddings are way cheaper. That’s too much money. That’s a house down payment. If u stay at sandals resort for more then 3 days you get a free wedding.
