see the shelters are full the rescue groups are full and some people are just toss them in the street or a trash can but we can't fund things like this oh no but we can fund other stuff. these two dogs luckily got found how many other dogs and kittens won't and it's just not New York either it's everywhere so next time there's a local election or Bond measure and they want to put more money into animal shelters and welfare say yes if you're a decent person you'll say yes
