Can one of the coaches here explain what benefit doing a really high amount of sets has? I have seen this now a few times, people doing like 10+ sets in the Gym and in the end they can maybe get 1 or 2 reps in the last set.
Does this have any benefit? These people are blocking machines for 15+ minutes, it better be worth it. The internet is pretty silent about this.
