Hurricane Helene continues to wreak havoc in western North Carolina. There is a new failure along the previously damaged area of I-40, and construction crews are working as fast as they can to make speedy repairs and keep people safe. But we can’t do it alone.  Congress must act. Western North Carolina needs disaster relief now!
