A year ago if I knew what I know now I would have been in a totally different body. But I'm still glad I know something now☺️ only 4K of these steps were done outdoors. QI did close to 18K steps in the house while chatting with friends online, watching Tiktok videos and all.. It's doable! Don't give any excuses please.. it rained heavily yesterday so I didn't want to go and step in the mud today I had to find a way to get my steps.. Here I am taking first place 🔥 💪
