He’s a liberal arts minority and ethnics professor, not much brain power needed for that. The paler the skin the lower the grade for that class I’d say. But besides my partially satirical opinion, if he’s caught up and past the developmental block I see no reason to not hire him if he’s fully cognitive and meets all the requirements for the job.
