Oncall dekat bilik bedah semalam. Cases non stop, started my oncall at 8am immediately inducing neurosurgical case, and other cases went on until next morning; 24 hours. The only stop was 3-4am but acute pain patients kept calling me so it is not truly a rest, and had another caeserean case back to back (3 emergency caesereans last night) before inducing spine case at 730am and pass the case over. Selfie at 7am, baru habis kes cser. Trying to smile but afterwards I was at peak of exhaustion.
