With all due respect (and I do mean that) your proportions are unusual. I have crazy narrow feet and I also have to wear orthotics. I know it's going to be hard to get shoes to fit me and I'm resigned to it. But when half the population in my country takes plus sizes and there are literally 2 plus size manufacturers with bricks and mortar stores, versus thousands of straight sized brands, it really doesn't equate. Btw I'm a plus size petite, a fit that doesn't even exist in my country.
