Leng Jun (born in 1963) is a Chinese artist renowned for creating hyper-realistic paintings and drawings that are often mistaken for photographs. He holds the position of Leader at the Wuhan Painting Academy and is the Chairman of the Wuhan Artists Association. Originally from Sichuan Province, China, Jun graduated in 1984 from the Teachers College in Hankou, Wuhan, under the Department of Arts. In 2018, he received an honorary doctorate from Birmingham City University.
