As Rings of Power continues its awards push, I'm reminded of spring last year, when Morfydd Clark won a prestigious award from Cannes for her portrayal of Galadriel in Season 1. It was truly well-deserved, and coming after months of hatred and ridicule it was a welcome rebuke to everyone who said that she was a terrible actress who wasn't fit to play Galadriel.
