meet me there at Berri-UQAM (I’m coming from home). We will go to the library and she will return her pile of books (which I’ll bring from home), she will independently get a new pile of books for the travel to Texas for Christmastime while I wait for her, and then head home. She has grown so much here - I’m loving watching how independent and strong she is. She was 13 when we arrived a few months ago and just turned 14, but she feels 17 to me when I watch her adaptability and resilience! 🩷 2/2
