L.A. deputy Sheriff Joseph Benza III, 36, admitted to trailing Emmett Brock, 23, in his car for nearly two miles before violently body slamming him to the ground. Once Brock was on the ground, the deputy sheriff mounted him, punched him in the head and face multiple times, and pressed his face into the pavement.
