88’ here never been a huge jayz fan but i like a lot of his work. But technically at least statistically he never was the hottest there was always someone who charted either charted higher than him and out sold him whether it was DMx Eminem Ludacris Nelly or Lil Wayne there always someone there the was a little better than he was. Now subjectively that can an argument because media outlets always gave him that push which back anyone’s personal opinions on whether or not he was the hottest.
