Americans, help please! As some of you may know I'm making a dish from every country in the world and I am STUCK on the US. I feel like I could literally make one for each State! But then it's becoming quite a lot of research and I'm concerned I might miss a potentially delicious dish I haven't heard of. So that in mind, while I am doing my own research, what is your favourite American dish that you'd like to introduce to tourists?
