If the fires happened globally we would probably go extinct very fast, the severe drop in air quality would make everyone fall ill and the rapid release of smoke across the entire globe could cause a cooling effect triggering an ice age but before then the fires and greenhouse gasses released would cause global temperatures to spike so the drastic shifts on climate would likely disturb the balance of life killing us all
