as a diagnosed narcissist, i must say (and this is not to be mean, but just an observation): the bulk of the nastiest, cruelest comments i get are from people who call themselves empaths. in what world is being malicious to a stranger (who promotes healing, nonetheless) empathetic? i get that you may have been hurt by a narcissist. i myself am still healing from relationship trauma. but no amount of abuse should excuse being cruel to a person who didn’t do anything to you. i’m NOT your abuser.
