Friends, you aren't going to believe this. After missing out on adopting a dog today, I was so sad. I got home, went onto the foster portal for the rescue I foster with, and there was a dog I had inquired about adopting a few days ago. He's a senior w/ pre-existing medical issues that I can't afford. I asked to foster him but then got a note he was no longer available. I raised my hand to foster him & guess what! I'm getting him tomorrow as a foster!!! Meet Chipper!
