Please don’t do this to a small business. As this customer already a regular not from grab and she is been communicate with me. She could have just direct msg me oh u sent me the wrong order. Then we can do something with it.
If can be settle with merchant please don’t complaint it to grab. They will conduct a full refund to customer and we get nothing back and the product already out.
Just don’t do it to small business. It’s hurting.
