It hurts physically and mentally when you loose your balance. Stumbling, loosing traction gaining momentum off the curb and full frontal dive under a parked car. The embarrassment of not being able to get myself up without help due to physical disabilities. I m a lucky, fortunate lady with a good kind caring friend 🧡 plus the kind stranger passing by stopping to aid me in my hour of need. Smile at someone today, it could change their outlook from sad to joyful 😊 😀 🙂 xx
