I wish I would have known sooner that I didn’t need MORE therapy, medication, breathwork, reiki, yoga, meditation, self-help books, energy healing, retreats, vacations, journaling, EFT (tapping), sound healing, acupuncture, herbal remedies, chakra work, hypnotherapy, cold therapy, art therapy, nature walks, or even mindfulness techniques to heal.
What I really needed was to understand how trauma had impacted my biology at a cellular level—and learn how to heal at the root level.
