When I worked from home, I was miserable. To your point, I felt like there was no seperation from ‘work me’ and ‘home me’. They were so on our ass that a bathroom break felt like stealing company time. They didn’t even care this much in person when people were actually stealing time. It got so bad that toward the end of my time there I would ‘call out’ after lunch cause I dreaded going back. I do miss the short commute, and having more opportunities to do stuff in my personal life though.
