If a store doesn't have what you need, go to a different store. If a vendor keeps offering you rotten fruit, would you keep giving them more money, trying to convince them to sell you something good? You can be upset that they're not selling what they advertised, but you have to make the choice to shop somewhere else. This isn't about stores.
