Been working out & controlling my calories for about 3 weeks now. I think my biggest achievement is to cut my sugar intake: no fizzy drinks & only drink water, milk & fresh juice w/o sugar. No chocolate & snacks.
Extra benefits to Mood, Stress & Confidence level. Exercising did make me more happier & confident too 😂Alhamdulillah. Just to see the extra inches loss, luv it!
Losing solid 3Kg & counting. Goal is to reach my ideal weight of 48kg. Go Go!
