Firstly, that's so amazing that you're on a weight loss journey, you should be so proud of yourself! It's alot simpler than one would think. Be in a caloric deficit of 200-300 and exercise daily. The fact that you workout from home is perfect! You don't need a gym. I recently spend 4 months working out from home last year, just bodyweight and got great results! You've got this 🔥🥇
