2/2 A birth space is a beautiful space. A birth space needs to be limited to people that are on the same page and in agreement about the birth process. Someone in misalignment with your thoughts/plans will only create tension in the room, which then leads to tension in the body. Hello, painful contractions and longer labor. They can see the baby after they’re born. Get them out of there and take control of your birthing space.
