1/2 Just an observation I’ve noticed… A lot of people I know who are deep in loans seem detached from reality. For example: - A retired teacher I know is into cash apps and multiple loans. She once asked my mom for help, but last December, I saw her getting a hair treatment at the salon. It confused me, knowing she’s struggling with debt. I mean, a salon treatment isn’t a necessity. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I get it — it’s hard to keep up with the Joneses, especially in your circle. But it makes me wonder: what’s running through their heads? Is this just a coping mechanism?
