Hi all can i have some advise i had this stove installed and everytime i light it it does this and flames come out the top of my chimney like a flame thrower and it makes a loud noise and scares the bejesus out of the seagulls and neighbours but it is very hot which is good though its old steam engine coal from the railways i got 10 tonne delivered loose for the cost of the lorry £300 thanks in advance
