Indeed! It's such a blessing to have a restaurant that serves homemade style food that is close to my home! My town is pretty newly organised, so it's a shame there aren’t many truly authentic Taiwanese local restaurants around except for big franchise chains. I really love Taiwanese food, especially dishes that aren’t too sweet or salty. E.g., I enjoy eating at 熱炒, but sometimes the flavors there are a bit too strong for me.
