in bed by 10 pm, at my desk working by 6 am, gym at 9.30 am for cardio, at 4.30 pm for weights 6x a week, work in between, and put a couple of hours aside to learn programming. 7 pm onwards I'm chilling. Work is important but health is wealth. Being able to manage your time is an invaluable asset.
