Hey!! Need some advice.. i work in government sector and its my first job but since i was naive with no experience, i let people walk all over me, unfair workload and even bullying because I failed to set workplace boundaries. Now im switching in another department which isnt much different. What things i should do to make my worklife easy and fair?
