My favorite go-to sushi used to be(and still is!) salmon belly but tuna belly is also what I seek the most when travelling(tuna belly in Malaysia is either overpriced or generally sux(while being overpriced!) Overjoyed to find this stall in Ameyokocho Ueno selling 4 thick pieces of ootoro(fattiest part of tuna belly) for just 1k yen(RM29-ish). Even came here second time because its too damn cheap and tastes good. Combine that with the right amount of shoyuu wasabi mix and you'll taste heaven🍣
