I learned from the internet this week that I am disqualified as runner due to the following reasons:
1. pausing my watch during training runs
2. treadmill miles
3. no Strava
4. drinking water during short runs
5. fueling including breakfast
6. do not know my 5km PR
7. not over analyzing data
8. handwritten logs
9. dropping workouts to run with friends
*still do the workouts but adjust on the fly
10. wear a run vest often
Also...do not listen to the internet.
