I was in a meeting with a social media agency on behalf of my client.
The first 15 min, they bragged for about their projects and awards.
The next 15 min, they lectured us on what we're doing wrong.
They didn't understand our brand AT ALL.
I interrupted and told them what we've tried, what worked, didn't work, and why. I gave them a chance to ask some questions.
They replied "yes, and that's why... blah blah"
Then went right back to talking about their ideas.
