I remember I was living out my car for a bit. I was in a coffee shop that stayed open late to kill time, a large group of people walked in. They were struggling with seating so I offered up my spot so they had more room, one of the guys in the group bought me a coffee for doing that. He didn’t know I was homeless at the time but that meant a lot to me & he didn’t have to do that.
