I called UHC on 1/10 and asked what I needed to pay to be reinstated and also asked why no one reached out to let me know what happened with the payment. I was told they mailed me a letter. I was told I’d need to pay $2190.80 and coverage would be reinstated. I made a payment over the phone for $2200.00.
