This Monday, I’ll be starting keto and intermittent fasting.
It’s all part of my preparation for Ramadhan, as well as my goal to lose weight before the holy month.
This way, during Ramadhan, when it’s time to break fast and during the eating window from Maghrib to Subuh, I can be more mindful of my food intake.
