For me, reading craft books on writing and storytelling (as well as editing) helped a lot. So there's that, the learning part for which ofc you can find different resources. But there's the writing part as well which is about just you simply starting writing, enjoying it, and slowly experimenting with the process. Find out what works for you. I think it took me years to find out what kind of a hybrid approach I had to follow between outlining and discovery writing to really suit my preferences.
