I call and order breakfast this morning because I haven’t really had an appetite. I order a ham and cheddar omelette, two sausage Pattie’s and water. She said you’re allotted 60 carbs since you’re a diabetic and this only gives you 2. Would you like some carbs?
No I would not like carbs. My glucose was 100 this morning. Why would I want to mess that up?
So apparently my provider thinks a diabetic diet should consist of at least 60 carbs per day.
