Exactly so it goes for me. When I am at my workshop my body is making my customer's walking canes while my mind is tangled up with things that I need to get done but don't have enough time also longing to finish MY projects for ME. But when walking, my mind disconnects from all of that and does a "reset" making progress better when I returnn to my workshop.
