We kinda do.. but Santa never brings a present. A couple years ago we started the tradition of writing our “elf” a note, and saying that any gift Santa was going to bring us to give a kid in need their gift instead. And then our big gift to the kids, we tell them that’s what Santa told us he was bringing, so that means another kid somewhere in the world was waking up to the same gift - and they wouldn’t have gotten it if it weren’t for their kindness. And they love it. It’s sweet. 🥹

My family never lied to me about Santa. And I won’t be lying to my kids.
