As an HR professional, I hope you’re not management or a manager sending this to ppl who report to you. Save the email as draft and send it later. Lots of employees do not feel they have the luxury of not responding to you **even if you say it**

You can schedule tour emails, you know. That way people don't get them until they're actually in the office.

Schedule. Your. Damn. Emails. Just bc they are not expecting to answer during business hours, if they have their notifications on, you are still mentally pulling them back into work. If they are yr subordinates, they will feel obligated to response.

Emailing is totally acceptable anytime because people should not be checking their work email but this person got a text message. That’s unacceptable.
